Terms & Refund Policy

These terms govern purchases from Ecstacy Studio, operated by Simone B. (support@ecstacy.ac). They are governed by Italian law and do not deprive consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.

1. Digital Products & Delivery

Products are digital content: a licence key plus listener bytecode streamed to your server after login. Delivery begins immediately once your payment is confirmed.

2. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

Because the products are digital content supplied immediately, by ticking the consent box at checkout you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for that content (Art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU; art. 54-bis Codice del consumo). Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under your country's law are unaffected.

Where you have not waived it, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days using our online withdrawal function at /withdrawal — submit your account email or order reference and we will process any eligible refund. You may also email support@ecstacy.ac with an unambiguous statement of withdrawal. Discretionary refunds may otherwise be granted in cases of proven, unfixable technical failure on our end.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider, who collects and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax. Card and bank details are never seen or stored by us.

4. Licence Restrictions

Licences are non-transferable. You agree not to reverse engineer, crack, redistribute or resell the products, or share your licence key. Violations result in licence termination without refund.

5. Promotional Use of Your Server Brand

When you purchase, you may grant Ecstacy Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to display your Minecraft server's name and logo/icon as a sponsor or collaborator — for example in the "servers that collaborate with us" section of our homepage, and in related marketing. This consent is optional: a pre-ticked box at checkout lets you decline before payment, and we record your choice. You can withdraw or grant consent at any time by contacting support; on withdrawal we remove your brand from our promotional surfaces within a reasonable period. We only ever feature a customer whose consent is currently recorded as granted, and we never display anything beyond your public server name and logo. This clause creates no obligation for us to feature any particular customer.
